AMFANIN GANYEN BISHIYAR KUKA A JIKIN DAN ADAM:
Ganyen kuka wanda a Ingilishi suke kiransa da (baobab) na dauke da sinadarai da dama wadanda ke inganta lafiyar jiki.
Ga sinadaran da ganyar bishiyar kuka ke dauke da su:

- phosphorus
- carbohydrates
- fiber
- potassium
- protein
- lipids
- magnesium
- zinc
- sodium
- iron
- lysine
- thiamine
