Amfanin Mangoro
Wato jama’a da dama sukan sha mangwaro ne kawai ba tare da sanin menene asalin amfaninsa ga jikkunansu ba, asali ma wannan shi yasa birai ke kaunar shan mangwaro.
Ba za’a ga laifin su idan aka yi duba ga zakin da mangwaro yake da shi, musamman idan mutum ya samu binta siga, ko yar kamaru ko kuma mai warin gawasa, kaga kuwa duk mutumin dake yin karo da irin wannan mangwaron sai a barshi yasha son ransa.
Kamar yadda aka saba arewarmu ba tayi kasa a gwiwa ba, wajen shuka ko ince dasa Mangwaro. Ga wasu alfanun Mangwaro ga dan adam guda 6, kamar haka:
1- Maganin ciwon daji (Kansa)
Bincike da kwararru suka gudanar ya tabbatar da cewa mangwaro na dauke da sinadarai kamar su ‘quercetin, isoquercitrin, astragalin, fisetin da gallic acid’ wadanda suke maganin ciwon daji, musamman muggan ciwukan da suka shafi nono, mara da kuma sikila.
2- Rage kiba
Sakamakon kasancewar sinadarin ‘pectin da vitamin C’ a cikin mangwaro da kuma bawon mangwaron kansa, yasa mangwaro na hana mutum kiba ta hanyar narkar da kitse a jikin mutum.
3- Gyara fata
Idan kana so fatar ka tayi kyau, tana kyalli tana sheik, musamman ga yan mata, toh kid age da shan mangwaro, saboda sinadaran dake cikinta suna gyara fata tare da maganin kurajen fuska.
4- Kara lafiyan Ido

5- Kara karfin garkuwar jiki

6- Taimakawa wajen nika abinci
Mangwaro na dauke da wasu sinadari masu matukar muhimmanci dake taimakawa wajen nika duk abincin da mutum yaci, da wanke cikin kansa. Sanadiyyar haka mutum ba zai yi fama da rudewar ciki ba.
