Abinda ke Kawo Jin Juwa/Jiri da hanyoyin da za abi don magance Matsalar.
Ji ko ganin juwa alamace cewa jikinka na yi maka magana wacce ba zaka iya ganewa ba, wato jikinka na gaya maka cewa akwai abinda ke damunsa wanda likita ne kaɗai zai iya fahimtar maganar domin kuwa kunnuwanka ba zasu iya gane zancen da juwa ke raɗawa likita ba. Idan ka biyo mu a wannan rubutun da kake karantawa zamu baka aron kunnuwan likita da zaka iya fahimtar zancen da juwa ke raɗawa likita game da lafiyarka.

6. Rashin isasshen ruwan-jiki, musamman cikin zafi idan mutum baya shan ruwa isashshe
7. Yawan motsa jiki
8. Wahala ko yunwa matsananciya
9. Nau'in wasu magunguna da mutum ke sha, musamman na ciwon-damuwa da kwantar da hankali.
10. Ciwon kai mai sa rashin gani da kyau (migraine).
11. Tsufa da magungunan da tsofaffi ke sha zasu iya saka ganin juwa
12. Matsalar tsoro da fargaba , da sauran wasu matsalolin da bamu ambata ba.
Yanda za a Magance Matsalar Kuwa/Jiri
Magance juwa ya danganta da abinda ya haddasa juwar; misali, idan yunwa ce ke cizonka to cin abinci zai kore ta, idan kuma rashin shan ruwa ne ko wahala to shan isashshen kofin ruwa akai-akai da hutu mai yawa ya isa yasa juwa ta rabu da ƙwaƙwalwarka da take matsama.

- Cin ganyen alayyahu a abinci.
- Cin naman kaza, kifi da gyada.
- Shan zobo a shayi ko abin sha, cin ganye, jan-nama, wake, naman kaji, musamman idan rashin jini ne dalilin juwar.
- Ganin likita a asibiti ko ƙwararren mai maganin Islamic ko na gargajiya.
