AMFANIN KANWA GUDA SHA DAYA DA YA KAMATA KU SANI

 



Amdanin Kanwa a jikin Dan Adam guda Sha daya da ba Kowa ne ta sani ba.

Kanwa tana  daya daga cikin ma’adinai da ake samu kuma ake yin amfani da ita cikin abinci wanda muke ci. Hakanan kuma kanwa a jikin mutum ko kuma dabba tana taimakawa matuka da karawa jikinsu lafiya.





Kamar yadda wani kwararren likitan nan George Krucik ya bayyana cewar “tun da ba jiki ne yake samar da kanwa ba, don haka ne ake bukatar ayi amfani da ita da yadda ya dace cikin abinci. Rashin amfani da kanwa kan iya haifar da wata babbar barazana ga lafiyar jiki. Bugu da kari kuma in aka yi amfani da ita da ya wuce abinda ya dace hakan na iya haifar da matsala ga jiki”. Ga dai jerin wasu daga cikin amfanin kanwa a jikin dan-adam:




- Daidaita ruwan jiki.

- Kara wa jijiyan jiki kwari da warware shi.

- Kara wa zuciya lafiya/kuzari (boost heart health).

- Rage kasala.

- Tana rage kamuwa da cutar hawan jini.

- Tana taimakawa wajen narkar da abinci.

- Tana taimakawa wajen rage bugun jini.

- Tana taimakawa wajen sarrafa abinci masu gina jiki a jikin dan adam har da wasu dabbobi.

- Tana taimakawa masu fama da mura.

- Ta na kuma kwantar da kwarnafi.

- Tana maganin Kumburin ciki




To kadan kenan daga cikin amfanin kanwa ga Lafiyar mu. Sai dai a tuna a yi amfani da ita dai dai kima, idan Kuma ana mafani da ita yadda ya wuce kima to akwai damuwa fa. Allah Ya datar damu.
