Abubuwan da ya kamata kici a duk lokacin da kika gama Al'adah domin mayar da jinin da kika rasa.
Kamar yanda kowa ya sani mace tana zubar da jini a jikinta duk wata, wata ma sau biyu take yin haila a wata. Ban da wannan muna haihuwa mu zubar da jini, sannan kuma mu kan zubar da jinin ciwo da ka iya samun mu. Amma mafiya yawan mu bama damuwa ko in ce bama cin abubuwan da zasu rinƙa mayar mana da jinin da ƙara mana lafiya.
Ganyen ugwu yana ɗaya daga cikin ganyen da suke da mutukar amfani a jikin ɗan adam. Kaɗan daga cikin amfanoninsa:
- Yana ɗauke da sinadaran vitamins da yawa a jikinsa kamar A, B6, C, da E. Sannan sai su Potassium, Calcium, Folic acid, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Thiamine, Niacin, Dietary fibres, Riboflavin, Copper da Manganese.
- Yana rage cholesterol.
- Yana taimakawa wurin ɗaukan ciki ga mace da gyara sperm ɗin namiji.
- Yana kare liver (hanta).
- Yana kare mutum daga bacterial infection (antibacteria) kenan.
- Yana ƙara jini da boosting immune system.
- Yana ɗauke da sinadarin ƙara lafiya wato (protein).
Kenan ba ma mai haila ba dukka mutanen gidanki suna da buƙatar ganyen ugwu. Koda sau ɗaya ne a wata kiyi miyanta a ci da tuwo. Ko kiyi sauce ɗinta a rinƙa ci da shinkafa.
Sannan ke kuma mai zubda jini duk in kin gama haila ki samu ganyen ugwu ki niƙa ki tace. In baki da blender ki ɗan zuba ruwa a wani kwano ko roba sai ki saka ganyen ki murje shi da kyau yayi green ruwan sai ki tace ki shanye shi. In kuma kina da madaran ruwa ki juye sai ki shanye. Ki yi haka na kwana biyu bayan gama jinin.
Note: A kiyaye sha kafin jinin haila domin in yazo zaki iya zubar da jini mai yawan gaske. Ina rokon Allah ya kara mana lafiya baki ɗaya.
