Cikakken bayanin matsalar budewar gaba, alamomin budadden gaba da yadda za ayi don tsuke shi.
Yanayin halittar farji tamkar robar danƙo ce wacce zata iya buɗewa idan aka yi mata talala, haka kuma zata iya komawa ta haɗe, wato ta tsuke bayan buɗewa. Tsokokin bangon farji masu motsi ne kuma zasu iya tsukewa ko buɗewa idan mace tayi yunkurin tayi hakan, wato idan ta motsa su ko matse su ta ciki.

Yawan haihuwar mace, buɗewar gaba saboda tiyatar likita/ƙarin ƙofa a lokacin haihuwa (tear) da yawan yin jima'i yau da gobe, na daga cikin dalilan dake haddasa buɗewar gaban mace. Idan buɗewar farji tayi yawa yana zama ƙalubale ga ma'aurata.
Zaya iya zama matsala a rayuwarsu ta jima'i. Saboda wannan yanayi na sanya raguwar ɗanɗanon jima'i ga mace da mijinta koma ya hana macen jin ƙoluluwar daɗi (orgasm) lokacin saduwa. Dalilin faruwar haka shine, farji baya matse/riƙe ayabar da kyau, ta yanda za'a samu ɗanɗanon gugar fata-da-fata tsakanin ma'aurata biyu wanda jin wannan guga shine zai kai ma'auratan biyu ga gamsuwa mai ƙarfi a lokacin jima'i.
Bugu da ƙari, wannan matsala na iya saka mace cikin damuwa da jin cewa bata amsa sunanta na cikakkiyar mace ba saboda bata jin daɗin saduwa kuma bata iya gamsar da mijinta da kyau. Hakan kuma zai iya sanya maigidan ya ƙara wani aure domin biyan buƙatarsa.
Hakika gamsuwar aure itace saduwa mai daɗi tsakanin ma'aurata da zata samar da soyayya da zaman lafiya mai ɗorewa. Matsattsen gaba (tight vagina) bakin gwargwado, yanayi ne mai kyau da zai iya ƙarawa mace gishirin soyayya mai ƙarfi tsakaninta da mijinta.
Yanda zaki gane cewa kina da wannan matsala ta budewar gaba.
1. Mafi yawan mata masu fama da matsalar buɗaɗɗen gaba na fama da matsalar rashin riƙe fitsari, wato ɗigar fitsari. Digar fitsarin zata iya faruwa a lokacinda kika ɗauki wani abu mai nauyi, ko lokacin da kika yi dariya, tari, ko atishawa.

Bugu da ƙari, idan kika saka yatsa 2 ko 3, misali manuninki da kuma yatsan tsakiyar hannnunki (mafi tsawo), kuma baki ji wata alamar bangon farjinki yana matse yatsun ba to yiwuwar itace kina da buɗaɗɗen farji.
3. Idan ya zamanto yana da wuya kamin kiji ƙololuwar daɗi (orgasm)/kawowa lokacin saduwa. Yana iya yiwuwa alamar buɗaɗɗen gaba ne. Haka kuma, raguwar jin daɗi ba kamar da ba shima na iya zama alamar.
4. Idan ya zamanto mace tana wasa da gabanta domin biyan buƙatarta kuma tafi sha'awar ta saka wani babban abu a gabanta akan ƙarami - wato bata jin daɗin ƙaramin abu idan ta saka a farji sai babba. Duk da dai cewa wani lokacin yana iya zamantowa mijin ne keda ƙaramar al'aura. Amma idan kafin haihuwarki babu wannan matsalar sai daga baya to sai ki zargi buɗewar gaba.
7. Idan ya zamanto kina jin ƙarar fitar iska daga farjinki lokacin da maigidanki yake saduwa dake, iskar kamar fitar "tusa" amma ba tusa bace (fanny farting) kuma babu wari. Iskar yana shiga yana fitowa lokacin da maigida yake kaikawo. Wannan alamace kina da buɗaɗɗen farji.
Hanyoyin da za abi domin tsuke Farji
Akwai hanyoyi da dama na matse gaba musamman bayan haihuwa wanda sun haɗa da hanyoyin magani, motsa jiki (exercise), tiyatar likita domin rage girman farji da sauransu. Wasu hanyoyin nada illa ga lafiya, wasu kuma hanyoyin basa da wata matsala ko haɗari kamar dai yanda likitoci ke bayani. Wasu daga cikin hanyoyin:
1. Motsa jiki: Hanyoyin motsa jiki na zamani domin matse gaban mace suna da yawa (such as kegel exercises) da sunaye. Motsa jikin ya shafi horo da mace zata iya bawa jikinta domin ya zamanto tsokokin gabanta masu motsi sun kara ƙarfi da tsukewa. Misali, wata ƙwararriyar likita a India Dr. Sangeeta Gomes ( Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist) , ta nuna cewa mace zata iya inganta tsukewar gabanta idan tana yin motsa jikin ɗauke numfashi (breathing exercises).
Zaki ɗauke numfashinki na tsawon 'yan daƙiƙoƙi (seconds) kaɗan sannan ki tsuke (tsokokin) farjinki matakam na tsawon wani lokaci a lokacinda kike mai ɗauke numfashin.
