Amfanin Shuwaka guda Sha biyu daga binciken Masana binciken magunguna na kasar Sin.
Mutane dadama kanyi amfanida shuwaka ne kawai a matsayin ganyen miya, amma in an yi amfani da ganyen yadda ya kamata, akwai magunguna da dama a jikinsa.
Masana harkokin bincike kan magunguna na kasar Sin da ma na Nijeriya sun yi matukar bincike kuma sun gano cewar ganyen shuwaka na dauke da sinadarai da dama da ke magungunan cututtuka daban-daban kamar haka:
1.Ciwon Hanta. Ganyen shuwaka magani ne mai kyau na ciwon hanta ana amfani da shi kamar haka:
A samo abarba da ba ta nuna ba, sannan a samo ganyen yazawa (cashewy guda goma, sai cikin tafin hannu na ‘ya’yan auduga, sai kwalba goma na ruwa wanda za a tafasa. A rinka sha cikin babban cokali daya kullum har kwana goma.
2. A Markaɗa namijin goro guda 20 har ya zama gari sannan a zuba cikin ruwan lemon tsami (Lime juice) a kawo kwalba daya na zuma mai kyau a haɗa su duka a waje ɗaya a gauraya.
A rinƙa shan babban cokali ɗaya (dessertspoon) sau hudu a rana har na tsawon watanni biyu.
3. Markaɗe ganyen shuwaka guda 40 a zuba cikin ruwa mai kyau da ya kai lita 4 a rinƙa shan kofi guda sau 3 a rana har na tsawon watanni biyu. Wannan yana magani sosai na ciwon hanta, in ruwan ya dade ana iya sake wani sabon jiƙon.
4. Zazzaɓi: A tafasa busasshen ganyen shuwaka (gram 10) a samo gram 25 na busasshen garin TUMARIC a dafa a cikin ruwa kofi daya har sai ya tafasa. Tun da ɗuminsa sai a sanya zuma cokali ɗaya, daga nan bayan ya huce sai a sha sau uku a rana. Yana warkar da zazzaɓi sosai.
5. Sanƙara (Cancer) ƙari (Kulum Da Ke Fita A Jiki) Shan ruwan da aka tatse daga ganyen shuwaka yana taimakawa wajen rage girman ƙari da jinkirtar da girman ƙwayoyin cutar sanƙara.
Shan ruwan ganyen yana ƙara ƙarfin garkuwan jiki.
6. Hawan Jini: Ruwan ganyen shuwaka na taimakawa wajen rage yawan gishiri a jikin mutum domin yana dauke da sinadarin ‘potosium’ mai yawa, hakan kuma na kawo saukin hawan jini.
7. Ciwon Suga: Yawan shan ruwan ganyen shuwaka a ƙa'idance yana saukar da yawan su da ke cikin jini don haka na rage karfin cutar sugar.
Ga yadda ake sha domin maganin hawan jini da na siga: A samo rabin cikin tafin hannu na ganyen shuwaka sabon tsinka, a wanke sannan a dafa a ruwan da ya kai kofi 3. Za a rinka shan ruwan sau biyu a rana.
